Summary
The office manager position is responsible for all overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, order requests, facilities and other assignments as needed. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities where your professionalism, initiate and office skills will be welcomed.

Essential Function

  • Day-to-day running of the office administration
  • Overseeing the front desk
  • Provision of administrative support to the Director of Sales
  • Payroll processing, auditing and distribution of checks.
  • Complete new hire paperwork with new employees and provide all correct documentation to the corporate office.
  • Enter and audit sale contracts
  • Responsible for handling and auditing petty and OPC cash
  • Responsible for ordering and receiving office supplies
  • Responsible for sending daily and weekly reports to corporate
  • Participate in special department projects

  • Utilizes closing opportunity to identify areas needing improvement for sales professional
  • Partners with team and site leadership to develop successful training activities including observation reviews, presentation rides, and other activities
  • Serve as QA according to Sales Quality Assurance Best Practices
  • Oversee owner follow up during rescission period involving sales participation as necessary
  • Provides management continuous feedback evaluating program success

Required Competencies:

Position Title – Great Destinations Inc. in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking experienced Systems Analysts to analyze database systems, infrastructure and supporting tools in order to improve existing systems and workflows. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of computer science principles, as well as experience using standard occupational tools, to perform the following duties and responsibilities:-Analyze current software systems and recommend process improvements.
-Design and implement system changes to meet business needs.
-Maintain all CRM and database functions including upgrades, enhancements, and security.
-Perform digital media systems integration and strategic planning.
